Mark Done has a BA in English Literature from Sheffield University. During his time in Sheffield, he appeared on stage with Eddie Izzard and claims to have elbowed his way in front of Jarvis Cocker at a local pub. He is now studying an MA in Creative Writing at Nottingham Trent University.
Mark has 20 years’ experience working in schools, local government and national arts education roles. He currently works for Arts Council England as Relationship Manager – Children, Young People and Learning in the Midlands and is a member of the Arts Council’s National Literature team.
Mark writes poetry and has had a review of Helen Mort’s Division Street published in The Interpreter’s House in 2014.
He lives in Nottingham with his partner and young daughter.
